My Story
I have been on a lifelong quest to learn as much as I can about healing the mind and body, both naturally and holistically. In college, while completing my Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology— Life Cycles and Personal Growth— I grew interested in learning about food, health, herbs, and nutrition. Passionate about mind-body healing I earned a Master’s of Arts from Lesley College in Expressive Arts Therapy, focusing on Movement Therapies I also began studying yoga, and meditation. I earned a Doctorate in Naturopathy from the Clayton College of Natural Health, with high honors. Later, I earned my Board Certification in Traditional Naturopathy from the American Naturopathic Medical Association. In June 2020 completed my training in clinical homeopathy training from Center for Education and Development of Homeopathy. I have a strong commitment to bringing Naturopathy to the Pennsylvania and I am currently the president of the Pennsylvania Doctors of Naturopathy Association.

There were many personal experiences led me along a path of learning. The major catalyst was having children with allergies and asthma. I knew there had to be a way to strengthen their immune health through food and nutrients. When my daughter was three, I created a “vitamin soup”. Her allergist thought this was a great idea. I also was taking my children to a Homeopathic Doctor that taught me so much and helped my children tremendously. Around that time I developed Hashimoto’s disease and Lyme disease. I could not find any holistic and natural practitioners to help me. I knew I had to return to school to heal myself. I knew if I was successful, I could help others.
Indeed, healing my own symptoms with the Naturopathic principles of healing has deepened my commitment to help others and remains the guiding force behind my private practice to this day.
