Mind Body Approach to Weight

Many clients I see have struggled with weght issues their whole lives. My approach is twofold, learn sound nutritional principles, and learn to eat mindfully. Sound nutritional principles involve eating nutritionally dense foods such as fruits and vegetables and plant based proteins. This should amount to 10 servings per day. My coaching programs teach you time saving efficient methods to accomplish this goal. My recipe booklet offers many recipes to get you started on a healthy eating regimen. Additionally, learning to eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full is a basic premise for mindful eating. Many clients also learn to pay attention to triggers which drive them to food and overeating. Eating for nourishment is principle #1.
